• Where is the store based?

• Why are your pieces so limited?

  I have very limited stocks for each design, usually only 1-3 pieces and I do not do restocks so once an item is gone, it's gone... I'm sorry so fastest fingers first!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! I can ship items out to anywhere in the world. But no P.O boxes please!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1-2 weeks. Summer Tales ship Domestic Packages with Smartpac (Next Day Delivery) and International Orders by Singpost Registered Postage. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once it is shipped out. Customers may track their packages here: www.singpost.com once their item(s) have been shipped out. If you wish to opt for a cheaper shipping option with no tracking number, please email me at [email protected]

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
